Kostas Athanasakis PhD is a Research Fellow at the Department of Health Economics in the National School of Public Health (NSPH, Greece) and a Member of the Faculty of the Open University of Cyprus. Kostas specializes in the fields of Pharmacoeconomics, Economic Evaluation of Medications and Health Technology Assessment and his research interests also include Health Systems Financing, Economic Analysis of Health Care Markets and Health Policy.
He is a member the Hellenic Society for Health Economics and Policy, of the International Society for Pharmaceutical Outcomes and Research and the President of the Hellenic Scientific Society for Pharmacoeconomics.
